中文摘要: 强降雨是导致尾矿库发生溃坝灾害的重要因素。为进一步探究强降雨洪水条件下尾矿库溃坝灾害影响,依托四川某尾矿库为研究对象,分析不同降雨频率条件下(200年、500年、1000年)的洪水暴发强度,并结合FLO-2D软件对强降雨条件下尾矿库溃坝影响进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:溃坝量对尾矿库溃坝致灾程度有显著影响,溃坝砂流的灾害影响程度随溃坝量的增加而增大;溃坝尾砂流的最大淹没高度和峰值流速随溃坝量的增加而增大,下泄砂流的沿程淹没高度随尾砂运动距离的增加呈下降趋势;在地面高程变化幅度大的区域砂流的流速明显偏大,地面高程变化对砂流流速变化有较大影响。根据溃坝模拟结果,对强降雨条件下的溃坝尾砂流致灾影响程度进行了预估,为相关尾矿库溃坝灾害预测提供了参考。

Abstract:Heavy rainfall is an important factor leading to dam-break disaster of tailings pond. In order to further explore the hazard effects of tailings dam failure under heavy rainfall flood, a tailings pond in Sichuan was taken as the research object. Then, according to the floods under different rainfall frequencies (200 years, 500 years and 1000 years), the disaster degree of tailings dam failure under heavy rainfall was simulated by FLO-2D software. The research results show that: The released volume has significant influence on the disaster degree of tailings dam failure, and the disaster degree of sand flow increases with the increase of dam-break released volume. The maximum flow depth and peak velocity of sand flow increase with the increase of dam-break released volume, while the flow depth of sand flow decreases with the increase of sand flow movement distance. The velocity of sand flow is larger in the area with large change of ground elevation, and the change of ground elevation has a great influence on the velocity of sand flow. Based on the results of the numerical simulation, the disaster degree of tailings dam failure under heavy rainfall flood conditions is predicted, which can provide a reference for the prediction of related tailings dam failure disasters.
