中文摘要: 在我国稀有稀贵金属战略性资源中,薄矿脉矿山占比60%,该类型矿山开采具有采幅小、损失贫化高及机械化水平低等特点,因此采矿方法的选取至关重要。本文针对该类矿体使用灰色系统理论,构建急倾斜薄矿脉的采矿方法优选的灰色系统模型,结合矿上实际生产情况,考虑采矿损失贫化率、采矿成本及采场生产能力等8个指标作为筛选的关键因素,采用层次分析(AHP)对各指标进行权重赋值,得到混凝土垫层削壁充填法为最优采矿方法。并在现场实际使用了该种采矿方法,试验采场所得结果较好,AHP-灰色关联分析为矿山的开采提供了合理的采矿方法筛选理论依据。

Abstract:Among the strategic resources of rare and precious metals in China, thin vein mines account for 60%. The mining of this type of mine is characterized by small mining width, high loss and dilution, and low level of mechanization. Therefore, the selection of mining methods is of vital importance. In this paper, the grey system theory is used for this type of ore body to construct a grey system model for optimizing the mining method of steeply inclined thin veins. Combined with the actual production situation on the mine, eight indicators such as mining loss dilution rate, mining cost and production capacity of the stopa are considered as the key factors for screening. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted to assign weights to each indicator. It is obtained that the concrete cushion layer cliff filling method is the optimal mining method. This mining method was actually used on site, and the results obtained from the test stope were good. The AHP-grey correlation analysis provides a reasonable theoretical basis for the screening of mining methods for the mining of the mine.
