中文摘要: 随着矿山充填技术的快速发展,研发绿色、廉价的充填材料成为行业趋势。水泥作为矿山充填膏体的主要胶凝材料,存在资源消耗大、成本高的问题。为寻找性能优良的水泥替代材料,本文以矸石-水泥基充填膏体为研究对象,制备了沸石掺量分别为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的充填膏体试样,开展了不同沸石掺量充填膏体的抗压强度与抗折强度测试。结合扫描电镜(SEM)微观测试及X射线衍射(XRD)物相分析,从力学性能变化规律、水化产物组成特征及微观结构形貌三方面探究了沸石掺量对充填膏体力学性能的影响及其作用机制。结果表明,随着沸石掺量的增加,抗压强度和抗折强度呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势。掺入适量沸石能显著提高充填膏体力学性能。在养护28天条件下,沸石掺量为15%时充填膏体力学性能最佳,其抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到5.42MPa和3.63MPa,较未掺沸石膏体试样分别提高了5.86%和9.3%。掺入沸石后,充填膏体水化产物种类未发生改变,但钙矾石(AFt)与氢氧化钙含量较未掺组显著降低,C-S-H凝胶含量明显增加。微观结构上,C-S-H凝胶由疏松网状转变为致密绵质架构,孔隙结构得到优化,并与氢氧化钙晶体交织形成更均匀的复合体系。沸石通过协同调控C-S-H凝胶、钙矾石与氢氧化钙的生成过程,优化膏体内部孔隙结构来实现对充填膏体力学性能的改善。本文为沸石作为胶凝材料的应用提供了理论依据,对推动新型绿色胶凝材料的研究具有重要意义。
Abstract:With the rapid development of mine filling technology, the research and development of green and inexpensive filling materials have become an industry trend.As the main cementitious material for mine backfill paste, cement has the problems of high resource consumption and high cost.To find cement substitute materials with excellent performance, this paper takes gangue-cement-based backfill paste as the research object. Backfill paste samples with zeolite contents of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% are prepared, and compressive strength and flexural strength tests on backfill paste with different zeolite contents are carried out.Combined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) microscopic test and X-ray diffraction (XRD) phase analysis, the influence of zeolite content on the mechanical properties of backfill paste and its action mechanism are explored from three aspects: the variation law of mechanical properties, the composition characteristics of hydration products, and the morphology of microstructure.The results indicate that, With the increase of zeolite content, the compressive strength and flexural strength show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The mechanical properties of backfill paste can be significantly improved by incorporating appropriate amount of zeolite.Under the curing condition of 28 days, the mechanical properties of backfill paste are the best when the zeolite content is 15%. The compressive strength and flexural strength reach 5.42 MPa and 3.63 MPa respectively, which are increased by 5.86% and 9.3% compared with the paste samples without zeolite.After the incorporation of zeolite, the types of hydration products in the backfill paste remain unchanged, but the contents of ettringite (AFt) and calcium hydroxide are significantly reduced compared with the group without zeolite, and the content of C-S-H gel is significantly increased.In terms of microstructure, the C-S-H gel transforms from a loose network to a dense cotton-like framework, the pore structure is optimized, and it interweaves with calcium hydroxide crystals to form a more uniform composite system. Zeolite realizes the improvement of the mechanical properties of the backfill paste by coordinately regulating the generation process of C-S-H gel, ettringite (AFt) and calcium hydroxide, and optimizing the internal pore structure of the paste.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the application of zeolite as a cementitious material, which is of great significance for promoting the research on new green cementitious materials.
