中文摘要: 利用动电位极化曲线测试、微区电化学阻抗测试、周期浸润测试和浸泡腐蚀,结合透射电镜和扫描电镜探究了2219铝合金在1 mg/L氯化钠和0.1 mg/L硫化钠混合溶液环境下的搅拌摩擦焊接头的腐蚀行为机理。结果表明:腐蚀前后焊缝未发现明显的力学性能损失,焊缝耐腐蚀性能:WNZ>HAZ/TMAZ>BM。越靠近焊核中心,受热的作用越大,析出相回溶数量越多,提高了基体中Cu的含量,从而降低了氧化还原反应速率。宏观区域的电偶腐蚀造成母材形貌发生较大变化,游离态的Cu2+得到铝基体腐蚀溶解产生的电子析出,加剧腐蚀,出现大面积剥落现象。热影响区与热机械影响区腐蚀情况介于两者之间。
Abstract:Using dynamic polarization curve testing, microzone electrochemical impedance testing, cyclic immersion testing, and immersion corrosion, combined with TEM and SEM, we investigated the corrosion behavior mechanism of 2219 aluminum alloy stir friction welded joints in a mixed solution environment of 1 mg/L sodium chloride and 0.1 mg/L sodium sulfide. The results indicate that there was no significant mechanical property loss before and after corrosion. The corrosion resistance performance of the weld zone is ranked as follows: WNZ > HAZ/TMAZ > BM. The closer to the WNZ center, the greater the effect of heating, resulting in more dissolution of precipitated phases and increased Cu content in the matrix, thereby reducing the rate of oxidation-reduction reactions. Macroscopic galvanic corrosion in the region caused significant changes in the morphology of the BM, with free Cu2+ ions from the dissolution of the aluminum matrix accelerating corrosion by electron deposition, leading to extensive delamination. Corrosion in the HAZ and the TMAZ falls between the two extremes.
